ACHIEVE A TONED, SCULPTED APPEARANCE
Front Bra Roll AirSculpt®

Lose Bra Bulges and Tighten Your Skin At Once!
Extra fat in and around the bra bulges can make wearing tank tops and bathing suits uncomfortable, to say the least. Many women are born genetically predisposed to developing front bra rolls, and these types of bulges are unfortunately quite resistant to diet and exercise.
Whatever reason they may have formed, bra bulges should never negatively impact a patient’s self-esteem. Front Bra Roll AirSculpt® delivers instant, permanent results by removing fat cells, one by one, through tiny incisions less than two millimeters across.
Although the arms bruise easily, the delicate nature of AirSculpt® ensures patients experience minor discoloration at worst. Downtime is close to minimal, as patients can return to work as soon as the next day. We also provide complementary compression garments to be worn for the duration of the two-week recovery period. Patients heal completely within this window, meaning gym rats can get back to their exercise routines, and moms can comfortably lift their babies just 15 days after Front Bra Roll AirSculpt®.

Frequently Asked Questions
Is this counted as a separate area?
The underarm and front bra roll are considered separate areas at Elite Body Sculpture. Patients can treat each area alone, treat the entire arm, or treat any other area of the body along with their bra rolls and underarms.
Where are the entry points?
For the underarm region, one entry point is made on each elbow to provide access to the front and back of each underarm, one on the front of each arm where the bicep meets the forearm, and one additional entry point for each armpit. When targeting the front bra roll, three entry points are made on each side: one on the back of the armpit crease where the arm meets torso, one several inches directly below on the side of the torso even with the breast, and one more on the waist.
Will my arms look thinner?
Not only will this procedure make your arms look thinner, but it can also help draw out tricep definition thanks to the targeted fat removal capabilities AirSculpt technology provides surgeons.
Will this affect any of the sweat glands located in this area?
Absolutely not. This procedure will not affect any sweat glands, muscles, tissue, or any other body part besides subcutaneous fat.
When will I be able to lift my arms up again?
As soon as you feel ready to do so, you can lift your arms again. There are no movement restrictions following an armpit and underarm treatment besides refraining from heavy lifting and strenuous exercise for two weeks.

Can I add this area after targeting my chest?
This area combines especially nicely with a fat transfer to the breasts, but we should note that patients need to target a larger region for fat removal in addition to their arms to achieve a successful Up a Cup™.
Can men target this area?
Definitely! Men can target any part of their arms, and it should be noted that muscle definition and strength are never affected by AirSculpt (besides the enhanced definition you will enjoy afterward!)
Is this considered an arm lift?
No, armpit and underarm AirSculpt removes fat and leaves the skin tighter than before, but reemoving loose skin and reducing sag are not the main objectives of this procedure. An arm lift is an invasive procedure that surgically excises loose arm skin.
How many post-op appointments will I have?
Patients require three post-op appointments. The first appointment takes place within one week of the procedure, the second about three months afterward, and the last roughly six months after.
